I’ve always had a soft spot for photography. I borrowed my mother’s camera in high school and eventually bought my own. These days, I mostly use my phone (it’s amazing how good those have gotten), but I still pull out my years old DSLR from time to time.
Mostly, I have pictures organized by photosets, but I’ve started adding a few ‘meta sets’ like Mini Worlds, Bugs etc (macros), and Fungus Among Us.
There are hints of another world all around us. With a bit of photo manipulation magic, I’m playing around with the idea of bringing it out.
The fun run series is a bit strange this year–no official time each week due to COVID-19. But we’re still doing it!
The children have decided that dumptrucks are dumpies and are the best. We now have many. Everywhere.

Once upon a time, I spent a year (or more) taking 365 pictures one a day. I enjoyed that. Let’s do that again.
