I’ve always had a soft spot for photography. I borrowed my mother’s camera in high school and eventually bought my own. These days, I mostly use my phone (it’s amazing how good those have gotten), but I still pull out my years old DSLR from time to time.
Mostly, I have pictures organized by photosets, but I’ve started adding a few ‘meta sets’ like Mini Worlds, Bugs etc (macros), and Fungus Among Us.
Several photosets from our family vacation on the west coast. We started in Phoenix, went to a few nearby things, then up the entire west coast to the Olympic Peninsula.
Number ten, the final set. At this point, we’d been driving hard for two days to get back to Phoenix. We stopped in LA though, just so we could take a few pictures of the Hollywood sign.
A sudden storm tore through Bloomington, doing an impressive amount of damage. If I remember correctly, more than 200 trees were down on campus alone. It was quite a sight to behold.

Our family’s 70-something RV is in action again. We went camping near Lake Monroe, near Bloomington, IN.
