Corn-breaded Pickle Chips

Nope, I’m not kidding. The title is exactly accurate. It turns out you can corn-bread just about anything, including pickles!

We used dill pickles, which ended up all sorts of interesting. It turns out that pickle flavor infests pretty much whatever you cook with it; you just have to accept it. Try apple cider in a former pickle jar sometime…
